Today was the first day of Kindergarten. We have been waiting for this day for a LONG time. The girls slept really well last night, and woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed and ready to go. Because the weather was so nice, we decided to walk to school. The school is about a mile away and it took us about 25 minutes to walk. The girls kept randomly yelling "We're going to Kindergarten!" the entire walk.
Maddie and her class line up against one wall, you can see her teacher, Miss Fischer getting the kids ready. Sarah's teacher is Mrs. Reichert. The teacher's led the kids right into the classrooms without incident and tears.
